"If you're making the plunge, or renegotiating a previous dip into the real estate market, I just wanted to pass along a name of someone who helped me out. A lot, Sasi Mache. When I first started looking for places last summer, my bank, that I have been with for almost 20 years, quoted me a high interest rate (because of some debt run up by an ex in my name). The rate was so high, it really limited the type of place I could buy. When Jen got pregnant and it was determined we needed a house, instead of an apartment, I really got stressed. And just the kind of service you would expect from a bank, errr Credit Union, you've dealt with for 20 years as opposed to someone you cold called on email."
